I only have one thing to say to you, where are the human rights of the British citizen that sponsors his/her partner to come and join them for a family life in the UK. Not every Pakistani woman or man comes to the UK to sponge of the system.

We are also entitled to a family life as part of our human rights, if I choose to send my husband to work or not that's up to me but that don't mean he will be on benefits as you can see we have to meet the criteria to sponsor our loved ones to the UK so it proves we work and are not sitting around claiming benefits.

Before you make such remarks remember our human rights as well.

Ps: not every British Pakistani marries his or her cousin so let's leave the sarcastic comments out of it as I don't think your funny at all and just for your reference I'm not getting all touchy as I am not married to my cousin!

Did they give you a reason why they did not accept your additional documents? It's pretty stupid of them if you are earning above the income threshold to not accept even though you have proved all this with your additional documents. Ask them for an explanation for their decision

its a scam so dont give any details or money, plz dont paste that stuff on this forum section again, also stay in paksitan, i see your motives of going to england are to work, meaanwhile we got our wifes/husbands who struggling to come to uk, we have a legit reason to bring a pakistan citizen to the uk, as we are the husband/wife of that spouse who lives in pakistan,
