It doesn't matter where you apply from it matters all about the documents, my cousin applied oct 23rd he went today his has gone for appeal they gave some reasons but i will find out what exctly later

My wife over six months now,applied on 06/aug/13 no news from bhc.
4 months already up....how much more wait..:(
87 % sure a valid TB test certificate should be in your hand luggage to show on UK airport authority. Other wise they can send anyone back with out entry.
Sweet: you can find these numbers of days on visa sticker pasted on your passport. All embassies mentions these days on visa. You can search "UK Visa sticker sample" from Google or any other search engine.
Just to be on the safe side i would get the t.b test done its vetter to be safe than sorry
