Asalaam alaikum bro

The faith in Allah swt is the only thing that keeps us going, it's great to see that alhumdu'lilah there are a lot of people on this forum who are not just born in a Muslim family but also practice Islam.

I think 'Silent Member' is a new member to the forum, I agree his/her approach to Sweet was wrong but what they meant was stop moaning. Sometimes out of frustration people do not think and approach a situation which is the reason it always come out wrong and they are misjudged.

Inshallah you will hear good news soon about your visa, May Allah swt make this wait easy for you and us all.

Remember us all in your duas

Just wait in sha Allah it's not too long, and if you wish to reapply, wait until the end of march, so you can take advantage of the priority visa service!

We're all in the same boat.

My hubby submitted his application, 25tg April 2013, November 6 we were asked for more documents, we submitted them, 26th November.
I emailed them to ask about whether they accepted them or.not, i basically got a reply back, saying no, and i would have to wait until March for the outcome.

I earn above the financial requirement, but it was because i intially submitted
14 weeks payslips that they put my hubby's application on.hold..

I am going to reapply, as the whole process will take to.long... And hopefully with the new priority service, it should be completed quickly!! :)

Asalaam alaikum

My husband submitted his Application in Mirpur on 16th April 2013 and then on 5th November BHC informed us to submit extra evidence, submitted extra evidence on 11th November and they confirmed they recieved this on 12th November 2013. I last heard from them in January when they emailed a delay letter.

Brother please do not make a decision in haste, wait till March. It's only 2 weeks now and inshallah we will know the outcome of the judicial decision. Inshallah it will be in favour of the public.

Make dua for yourself and us all. Inshallah we all will hear good news
