I know you all that are on hold will be getting agitated as there has not been an update regarding the judicial review but the appeal is to be heard between 3 and 5 March 2014. Judgment is likely to come some time after that so please be patient and inshallah we will have good news soon.
There are really good barristers and members of parliament that are supporting us in the review and will be mentioning how this rule has destroyed many families, please make dua that the hardwork and effort of these individuals and the wait of all the applicants and their loved ones comes to an end with a positive outcome ameen.
I know this waiting game can be hard but I have been waiting for almost a year now even though I meet the requirement but inshallah all happens for the best and Allah swt has planned a reunion for us all with our partners soon inshallah.

apparenlty rumours going the court case didnt go in the right favour if so that is truly heart breaking
It took them 7 months to tell you that you need to submit extra docs!! They taking the mick!
