Saher and Ali
Saher: the delay letter was just a generic letter sent by email; it just informs everyone of the judicial review and also mentioned they do not require anymore evidence from us.

Ali: how long have you been waiting? Are you on hold? You might want to write to Teresa May and see if she can help you, see below for details:

All, Rani and Hamza
Asalaam alaikum

Jazak'Allah for all your duas, Inshallah you all will hear good news soon.

Rani: As I have take a break from my career; my hubby wil be traveling to the UK next week to keep the visa active but will be viewing things again to see where we would like to settle.

Hamza: the additional documents I sent were to prove I meet the income threshold, below is a list:
- bank statements highlighted income (before and after application)
- payslips
- letters from employer
- P60
- letter from my local councillor confirming my income
- supporting letter from me clearly doing the working out for all my emoloyments.

They were very stupid as I was earning £27,000 in my full time job alone but made a deal out of my part time job as I was being paid cash but all NI and Tax was paid for my part time work, they did not accept my part time income but I solely met the threshold with my full time income of £27K which just before the application changed to £37K so I sent them info for before and after application. Make sure you send them a letter from HMRC as that will speed up the process, in your letter to BHC ensure you do all the working out for them so they don't have to do the working out as we all know they are weak in mathematics.

I was not depending on my second income so I made this clear in my letter to them with my additional documents but also made it clear that it was not a legal requirement to have your income coming in to your account and this is just a rule for a visa process and not a legal requirement.

I make dua you all hear good news soon inshallah. Ameen
