It's good to hear even through such difficult times when shaitaan whispers in our ears the most your imaan is still so strong alhumdu'lilah.

It is sufficient to be earning above £18,600 before tax deductions to sponsor your partner, your wife meets the income threshold by earning over £18,600.

I'm going to be really honest MP's cannot really do much except for contacting BHC just the way we do that's why I never involved my MP. They get a reply and they forwarded it on to us but really cannot put any pressure on the ECO, ask your wife to contact Prime Minister and Home Secretary as they have authority and will be able to help you. We pay these people to run our country they are there to help us.

May Allah swt make this time easy for all; ameen

Walikum Asslam Wa Rehmatullah

I will not withdraw or reapply. I've forwarded to my wife and she will contact to MP.

I've a question if a person is earning more than 19000 per anum before Tax detection. Is this sufficient amount to sponser or after paying tax and insurance detection that would be above 18600?

Yes InshaALLAH I am hope full all will be good soon for me all.

Asalaam alaikum

Inshallah you all are in the best of health.

Mohsin: Mubarak, May Allah swt bless your marriage and protect you both, ameen.

Naveed: brother please do not lose hope, I know you are a very strong in faith so inshallah as you know everything happens for our benefit which we cannot see but the best planner of all Allah almighty knows and plans for us and I blieve if he has united you in marriage with your partner then he has also planned your marital life together inshallah so when it's best for you to unite again Allah swt will reunite you both.

I personally would wait for the court decision as I do not believe they will keep peoples lives on hold for any longer and inshallah the decision will be in favour of the public. This is actually what I would do as it's a matter of principle but please brother do what you and your wife decide, talk to her and make a decision together as both of your lives depend on this. I would not withdraw and reapply as they will say the same again if they cannot see your wife earning above the income threshold now nothing would change by reapplying and as they have said not to send extra docs so please refrain from it as they will not consider it.

Is your wife still in Pakistan? If no tell her to contact the Prime Minister and the Home Secretary; as you really do not have to wait till the outcome of the court decision as you meet the requirement. She will be able to show evidence to them that she meets the threshold requirement so inshallah they will be able to help you out.

If the public start putting pressure on them it is likely the decision will come soon inshallah.

May Allah swt unite everyone with their partners ameen.

Asslam O Alikum Wa Rehmatullah

Mohsin bhai bohat bohat mubarak ho. May ALLAH SWT shower his countless blesss upon you and all ameen.

Sana Sister I emailed them 17-04-2014 and they reply me 23-04-2014. I asked BHC about current status of my application and how long it will take to make any decision.
BHC team replied as I mentioned before. BHC team also tell me that I can also withdraw my application and no fee will be refund. On the other hand BHC tell me that I can get back my passport and my application will be on hold till court order.
So its mean they put me on hold now. But I am still hope full InshaALLAH all will be good soon. ALLAH knows best time for me and all.
