Can i apply Guinea Bissau visa from UK embassy in senegal. I don't have invitation letter because im just doing my vacation in west africa.

En effet je suis titulaire d'un BAC A2 promotion 2013 et je souhaiterai bénéficier de cette bourse afin de continuer mes études superieurs dans l'une de vos établissements. Je suis très interessé cependant la condition financière de la famille ne nous le permet pas .

I am hereby sending you this email concerning about the visa issue that i have been applied for my wife called RUQUIATU SISSE,she has been denied and i appeal the case to tribunal court in the uk london,i received the letter from them on the 26th february that the original decission has been withdrawn.for that beeing the case she has right to get visa,the date line of tribunal is on the 13th of march,so what i want to know if you will make call to her or she can go througt to embasy DAKAR to give her a visa.i am waiting for your reply. regards a.c. sisse london this is the appeal no OA/18595/2012 THANK YOU
