How long those it takes?
I applied for a UK visa for myself and spouse precisely 3 weeks ago, to attend a conference that will commence on 10th through 13th. We were invited for an interview which we attended exactly 1 week after.
We intended to travel by Saturday this week, but up till now we are yet to receive our passports back.
We have called Abuja customer care, but we were told that our applications are still being worked on.
Why the delay please? If the passports are not returned to Ikeja office before Friday, then the whole purpose for application will be useless.
Kindly respond, as I'm quite frantic. I need to know whether to cancel all flight and hotel reservations before its too late. Too many financial commitments have been made already. Please reply to (coindeveille01@yahoo.com)
Thanks
I have a friend on facebook, my name is Bill Walsh and he went on business from London to Nigeria with his daughter.
Allegedly robbed and his daughter was hit on the head.
Wants money for her treatment
Said that from his embassy refused to help him.
Is this true.
face Bill Walsh and his daughter Julia, do you want help from you
Or is it just another scam.

This will be my second comment on this forum, can you potential travellers looking for loophole to travel to UK employing services of fraudsters or employment agencies which are fake try not to waste your hard earned money, if you are not a professional e.g doctor, pharmacist, occupational therapist, and other accredited professions don't fall victims to SCAM, I am repeating it that no employment agency will help you to get job in U.K to come and do menial jobs like cleaning, kitchen potter or security. Other European nationals are here to take up those offers, even they are more than enough, talk less of Nigerians, even people with valid papers don't get jobs here at the moment. So I will implore you again that if you want to travel, the UKBA website is there for you to check the requirements that is needed to qualify you to come and work in U.K. Pls don't fall scam a victim of SCAM
