I am Mahesh, currently working in Dubai, my fiance lives in the Philippines surigao province, we have decided to get marry in her place in the Philippines in about 8 months time. My concern is what are the document i should provide to the Philippines authority in regards to the marriage and should we both need to appear in the Sri Lanka embassy in Manila?and what i suppose to do when i arrive to Philippines? also how long it takes to do the all formalities with you? if any document need to get from Sri lanka, what are they? and should them be attested both ministry of external affairs and Philippines consulate general in sri lanka as well? please kindly help me. thank you.
