Dear Sirs,
We are a mosquito coils manufacturers association(www.imsma-hk.com) registered in Hong Kong. Every 2 years we organize convention in different countries. This year the convention took place in Vietnam. We hired a travel agency in Hong Kong to deal with Sofitel Plaza Hotel directly, hence there is no Vietnam organizer participated. Yet, Sri Lanka company EB Creasy Co. cannot get a vietnam visa to the convention.Can you give a hlping hand ?
