I am Sri lankan citizen, im working kuwait, my fiancee is philippines citizen, we plan to get married in july, in philippines. But philippines officials need this single status certificate from me in order to issue marriage certificate in philippines to us.
How do I obtain this single status certificate in Sri lanka or kuwait? thanks a lot for any info!
