Hi ,
My wife's CSV also got rejected for the same reason. We got the result last week. It seems the whole process is confusing ,
1. Which employer gives you testimonial letters with the necessary skills mentioned if you are not currently employed with them.
2. I don't understand why they prefer unemployed candidates over employed one. I think the employed candidates should be considered first over unemployed ones as they are currently working on the same skills.
3. It took exactly 107 days to get the result and the South African mission wants you to be unemployed while you are waiting for your CSV permit,at the same time they also want you to have enough funds in your account for the application.
4. If somebody is not a job seeker then why that person will spend money and time on this.
I am not sure if we should go for an appeal as I heard from others it takes takes around 6 to 8 months to get the result. Don't know what to do in this case!
Sir, we are group of 10 with travel planned to South Africa on May 15. Would sincerely appreciate, if you could help in expediting our visa. Our reference numbers are as below.

@Raj
Sorry to hear about your application rejection.
1. What is the reason mentioned for the rejection?
2. Did you submit all the documents properly attested ?
3. On which date did you submit your application?
4. Was it with/without a job offer from SA employer?
5. Have you checked with the VFS office in your city as to what could be the reason for the rejection as they are in the best position to assist you now.
Don't worry, talk to VFS and register for an appeal on your rejected application/
