Respected Officials @ South Africa embassy,
Myself Mr. Saurabh Sharma & my family have applied for South Africa Visa for a holiday trip. We are supposed to leave from Mumbai on 15th May'2017 on Monday afternoon. My Visa application number is DHMU/280417/0054, 0055 & 0056.
Till now we have not received Visa & we have scheduled flight on 15th May 2017 at afternoon from Mumbai.
My humble request to you that please look into this matter & help us to grant our Visa on Monday morning so that the family trip which my little son is dreaming for so long for the planned holiday doesn't get unfulfilled.
We would be thankful to you for your extended support in this regard.

I have applied for South Africa visa for a vacation along with my family. My air tickets and hotel bookings are also done. We are flying on 15th May afternoon from Mumbai. My visa application number is DHMU/270417/0036/04 My family application number are /05../06../07 respectively. I Kindy request to grant my visa on Monday morning at earliest as my flight is on 15th May Monday afternoon.. Our visa application DHMU/200317/0037 (1-4) are currently lodged with Consulate General of South Africa Mumbai. We are scheduled to fly out tomorrow (Saturday 13th May early morning). We have confirmed hotel accommodation booked in Cape Town. We hail from Chennai. Now taken a hotel accommodation in Mumbai in order to collect Visa personally today. I make a humble request to issue Visa today (12th May'17). D Muralidharan and family.

Dear Sir,
I applied for renewal of my passport S.S Cherian and both my daughter's passport(Rene Jose Cherian & Sonia Jose Cherian on 20 NOVEMBER 2016. I have not been able to get through to your office I have tried several times and my daughter and I have to fly to London on 1st June 2017 and we urgently need our passport or she would loose her education application.

I applied for South Africa visa to meet my family friend at johnnesburg.i had applied on 27th April.i have been waiting for my visa & passport,my flight ticket is on 22nd may still have not receive my visa & passport.

Minimum 2-3 months. Some time it takes longer than expected.
