Portuguese Passport

To whom it may concern at the Portuguese Consulate of Bedfordview .
Both my late parents were born in Maderia had Portuguese passports and were
citizens that immigrated to South Africa.
I am South Afican Citizen and would like to obtain my Portuguese passport for me and my family, what information would you require from me and my late parents.
And what would the costs be.
