I am in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)in Africa right now and I am born the 18 february 1981 in DRC ) Kinshasa. My mother's name is Henriette OTEMA living in Kinshasa and my Father is Mr. CARLOS DASYLVA AGUIARDO, a Portugese, who have left Kinshasa around 1981 - 1982 while He was working in FORESCO Company producing woods in DRC. Since He has left, I did not have any news on him and now i feel so bad and i would like to know about him and all my family, please help me to reach my goal. What I need is to have your assistance and help me to have information on my Dad Carlos DASYLVA AGUIARDO who worked in DRC (Ex Zaire)
I speak french and we can communicate also in french.

i have send the money to buy the volvo bus for 3500€ and after buying the bus i asked the shipping coast to dar es salaam port and that company have send me the prof invoice for 5.300€ + 1370€ for buying tyres for the bus spairs so after sending money for buying the bus and monry for the shipping and tyres this company ask me to pay extra payment his say now the shipping for that bus is 8.500€ after two month of the shipping money sendd
for that i can not trust the company and i whant you Mr Ambassador to assist me thith this probleme i am a congolaise from lubumbashi you know the situation for as if is possible i need my money or the shipping douying

Their father is a Portuguese citizen but he is having hard time or somebody doesn't want to give his children the citizen ship?? Do we need to go to European court? Or what??
