Sept 2018 for a symposium meeting in Lisbon. I tried to get Visa here in Malawi at Norwegian Embassy but have told me that it will take 15 days. My organizers have directed me to go there in Zimbabwe to process the visa. Is it possible for me to have the visa on Friday?
