It takes around a month to register birth after verification
When was your pre sixty one case submitted? Which month and year?
My pre sixty one case is in que and as per timelines from my agent and posters here it will come for analysis in a month or two. The agent is now asking for a further lakh in order for the marriage process and for lawyers charges after my process was submitted. He claims the lawyer made various visits to CRC to analyse the files and to push them to go through the case faster, however nothing happened and it's still in the que. I was also not informed by the lawyer or agent about these visits. Is this normal or are they just charging me extra? Also once the papers are submitted is there anything else for a lawyer to do?
Do you know what the process is after birth verification? How long it takes ?
My papers were submitted along with marriage papers in sept twenty two
U have submitted in August year twenty three ?
The last update I got from my agent is that the birth verification is completed so I don’t know what is next hence I asked how long does it take for the assento. When I asked my agent he said that once he gets the registration copy he will share it with me.
If you can share any information that would be helpful please let me know
