Late Registration
My son went to the embassy for the third time. An my sister in law told me that he would have to file a late registration an have my name taken off his birth certificate?Would like to know if anybody gone through this and how did they handle it to get it corrected?

Lost Passport
i want to ask about a lost Philippine Passport. i left the philippines since dec.11,1987. & im residing in california for almost 25 yrs & i never went back home or visit the philippines. it seems that i cant find my birth certificate. but i know all the information on my birth certificate. i dont mind paying for a lost passport as long as i can have it back as soon as possible. thank you

SPA that need to be Consularized from your office
my husband Ruben Cabrera is presently on vacation there, now i emailed to him SPA from metrobank that needs his signature and shld be mailed back to me but the bank told me that it shld be consularized before mailing it back to me. My question is, the SPA i emailed and printed by him will just be the papers he needede if ever he will go to your office? he stays with his sister and will take him 5 hrs to travel just to be there in your office, so pls tell me what he still needs to bring. thanks a lot and more power....
