Why can't your office personnel answer phones? Or emails. Why bother posting your phone numbers and email addresses when you do not respond? You are letting your fellow citizens suffer. You should be more helpful.
I am disappointed at the inefficiency of the passport office staff in NYC. The personnel do not pick the phone and despite paying extra for passport service, the people and managers of the embassy do not honor agreement made with their citizens. This is a shame!
I tried to write the email address provided..... and of course it does not work. can anyone tell me, do they do notary at the Philippines mission. I am trying to get an account in the Philippines, and of course, they do no accept a US notary. They want this endless requirement of papers and papers requiring a notary from the Philippines Embassy or Consulate. There should be a law passed against this. Do they realize that any Filipino or by marriage, have to travel DAYS n expense to get this easy but senseless requirement that any bank notary can do.
can anyone help me, my husband is beating me and abusing my 1 year old baby by yelling and shouting. i already have a police report but my husband want to kick me out of the house and said he will not give child support. thanks. please help.
Can anyone help me prepare a power of attorney, and notarize it in the Philippine mission?
I hope you can reply to my message:

with thanks.
