Nigeria even though in US still behave like Nigeria with worst customer service, the fact remains they don't care about bad comment people makes against them, Imagine I applied for visa two times 180$ each and all they told me their machine is faulty, they cant issue a visa, okay refund me no way. Their phone number has stopped working, I sent email no response for many days now, chai Nigeria shame on you, you will never experience Good thing in life.
i have never experience something like this before in my life,i have email them call them, can somebody tell the to give me my two passport i sent to them.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITE FEE AND YET CANNOT GET MY VISA FOR OVER 15 DAYS NOW, IT IS A SHAME TO DC OFFICE. WORST OF ALL, DON'T EVEN HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT IN MY LIFE EXCEPT NIGERIA EMBASSY DC OFFICE.

I have been waiting 18 working days for my Visa and was stressing but now I read that many of you have waited just as long or longer. Its a good thing I didn't book my ticket! I have been on the internet trying to call and email anyone and nothing works. Getting my passport was easier than this and my concern is also that they have it and I can't reach them. How do I get it back?
