Sir outpass date given by embassy end but no call me 7january last date give me my white passport expiry date 18 January'i fined the fees also in putrajaya maleahiyan ambessy
There is no such thing that you are safe. Everyone will be subjected an investigation from the Immigration. What if you have committed criminal offence? Our position is clear that we can only assist IF can defend yourself to the Immigration. If you have overstayed , came under tourist visa, lost passport please be prepared to give explanation to Immigration. Immigration will cross check with relevant authorities, entry point ,employers, report etc.
If you have overstayed,you will be subjected to an investigation from the Immigration Department.You need to explain how you became illegal / overstayed or even lost passport.Please bear in mind, any false information will be subject to criminal conduct as Immigration will cross check with relevant authorities, entry point ,employers, report etc.

Guys it's just information if you guys are overstayed please to go indian embassy which is in 20th floar and get a form their and fill it up with details ,How you became illegal and over stayed,2 color photo copies 2 passport xerox copies of front and page and back page submit it their , they will give token of indian immigration person,call him and get an appointment, go to putrajaya when indian immigration person say you come if your over stayed for 6 months penalty will be 1200 more than 6 months 2200 pay it after that their will be an enquire of your over stay by Malaysian immigration after that you will get out pass, this may take 2 to 3weeks,don't be panic go through it make your self strong, please don't approach any agent, if you go through agent also same thing will be happened but their is chance of getting cheated , trust your self be patient and go through rules and process every thing will be fine
