If you have overstayed,you will be subjected to an investigation from the Immigration Department.You need to explain how you became illegal / overstayed or even lost passport.Please bear in mind, any false information will be subject to criminal conduct as Immigration will cross check with relevant authorities, entry point ,employers, report etc.
If you have overstayed or has expired work permit, please refer yourself to the nearest Immigration office. If you have intentionally became illegal you will be subjected to Malaysian Immigration Law.
Immigration would decide the next course of action including hefty penalty,arrest,jail terms even caning. FINAL decision comes from Malaysian Immigration NOT from Embassy.
We advise our citizens to abide the law and remain legal at all times and respect Malaysian Immigration Law. We don't condone any citizen who violates the law.
