Many people are waiting for their passports. Please tell me this issue will be resolved as soon as possible

I have been calling the place for 2 days straight ,,, phone is out of service,, seriously what kind of unprofessional business that your running,,, no wonder 89% of your people filling for their citizenships,,,,,, not only your staffs do not know how talk to people,,, and get away with this,,, not only its a waist of all day,, the US should close this place down ,,,, for unprofessionalism

Leave it to the haitian to be unprofessional
The information needs to be updated. The telephone number listed for the Embassy is out of service.
iam calling from over seas and every minute cost money. no one seems to be answering the phone in new york , Miami , D C .. it is sad that i cant get in contact with any one from the embassy. if it was emergency of life or death i would not be able to count on the embassy .
