I have approached the German Honoray Consultate by e-mail by late in 2012 regarding the the birthplace/homestead of my Greatgrandparents and Granparents. To date I have not received an acknowledgement of my e-mail request of the possibility to assist me in finding the birthplace of of my acestors. I kindly request that you achknowledge this e-mail and forward me any informatinon regarding my search of my ancestors. I will be travelling to Europe in January/February 2016 again and would be pleased to receive an answer.

Would you be able to assist me in finding the birthplace/homestead of my Great Grandfather and Grandfather in the former Bromberg?
Great Grandfather Otto Stössel was a gardener, Great Grandmother was Wilhelmine Ehlert. My Grandfather was Hugo Stössel and was born on the 12th of July 1876. He was christened in the - Katholisch-Apostoslischen Gemeinde in Bromberg on the 3rd of August 1876. This was documented (the original is in my posession) on the 14th of May 1939. Is there any possibility that you could assist me in locating their homesteads? I am living in South Africa and will be visiting Bydgoszcs (for the second time) in January 2013.I will be most greatful for any news from you. With warm regards from Cape Town.
