No real employer would ask you to contact a visa or immigration agent, that is always a scam. Real companies pay for all fees regarding immigration. No real employer ever offers you a job without a face to face interview! There are no exceptions!

Post the complete job offer you received in order to help others. Anytime you are asked to contact some immigration agent, the job is fake. No real employer every asks you to pay money for anything, including a work permit or visa.
