I received job offer from Oakland Engineering in Edmonton, Canada. Signed by Nadir Patel. Later I received non immigration form, I have filled and added all my original documents. I was latter sent documents from the Canadian High Commission by Nadal Patel who claims to work at the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi Indian. He said I should pay all the visa processing fee and my biometric gate pass will be sent to the Canadian high commission in Accra for me interview. Please confirm for me is this real or fake
