I have received a job offer of storekeeper from paradis Des fruit limited, quebec and offered me 32$cad per hour along with accommodation and food the working hours is 8:00am to 5:00pm they even gave contact details of a Canadian lawyer who is settled in Mumbai to contact for my Visa his name is julien Ernest. I have paid him 194$ cad for the application even he have given us the application which has file no. And all the details and now he is asking for 908$cad. So is this offer genuine or not could you please confirm?

Kingston General Hospital, Are pleased to offer you employment in Kingston General
Hospital, 76 Stuart St, Kingston, ON K7L 2V7, Canada. The employment is subjected to the
following terms and conditions;
DESIGNATION:- RADIOGRAPHER.
CONTRACT PERIOD: This contract will be valid for a period of Three years from the date of
joining and is renewable after the completion of the first 3years.
REMUNERATION AND PERQUISITIES:
Basic Salary; $5,500 (Monthly). $66,000(Per Annum).
Housing; Suitable housing facility will be provided by the Hospital.
Telephone; Telephone allowance will be given to you by the Hospital.
Medical; Medical coverage as per company rules and regulations shall be provided by the hospital
management.
Transport; Transport will be provided for official usage.
Settlement Allowance; $2500 and two months upfront salary on joining.
Annual Leave; Annual leave of one calendar month for each complete year of employment will be
allowed. This may be accumulated for three year and available together. Leave encashment may
also be permitted at management discretion.
Leave passage; Return air passage airfare for economic class will be given to you and your family
i.e., Wife/Husband and two children under the age of eighteen years.
Joining Expenses; You and your family (Wife and Husband with two Children up to the age of
eighteen) will be entitled to economy class air ticket.
Visa Expenses; You shall responsible for the Visa expenses but will be reimbursed on joining.
Bonus; Bonus will be payable at the management discretion.
Education Expenses; School fees up to six thousand usd ($6,000) for 2 Children per annum for
actual fees will be your entitlement for your Children education. Expenses for uniforms, Textbooks,
etc.; will be borne by you.

WORKING HOURS: You shall be required to work Six hours in a day twenty eight hours per
week.
TERMINATION: This contract can be terminated by either, *if you desire to leave this Job and
the service of this company, you shall be required to give a notice of 30 working da ys or 30
working days salary in lieu of the notice thereof. In case of the termination of employment b y the
employer on disciplinary ground, no notice period or compensation in lieu of the notice period is
required to be given.
SECRECY CLAUSE: You shall not part with any of the information to any outside person or any
organization. Breach of this condition shall be considered as a serious offence which may
necessitate suitable action being taken by the hospital management against you.
RESTRAINT OF EMPLOYMENT: You shall be restrained from taking any employment with
any of our sister hospital's competitors in Canada unless company’s prior permission is obtained.
JOINING PERIOD: You are required to join this job 30days from the date of acceptance.
COMPENSATION CLAUSE: In case you resign or otherwise wish to leave the service of the
hospital before completing one full year of service under any circumstances whatsoever, you shall
compensate the organization for:
Joining expenses incurred by the hospital on you; and
Three months’ salary (Salary that will be retained up to three years as a security and after successful
completion of three years shall be reimbursed.
With this contract, any past contract signed by you with us, with any of our Sister Hospital or with
Any of our representatives are to be treated as null and void. You shall not have any objection to work,
even if you are transferred to any of our branches.

Be-aware Guys Upper mall of Canada job and Amit Kumar
All people from India, be aware from Upar Canada Mall jobs. Its all fake. One of the Agent from Delhi, Amit Kumar from Delhi, he said he is working in VFS Canada New Delhi. He offer me job into Canada Upper Mall and he took all my passport and also took 5Lakh rupees from me. He applied my Visa as ETA...eletronices travel authorisation. Then after 1 week he ask me to collect my passport from VFS Canada New Delhi. I went there, one of the guy came out and give me this Envolop with my passport. I show it has visa. When i ask amit kumar for my LMIA and another stuff, He ask me for another 10lakh. and also told me not to cross check with anyone, I got doubt. I crossed check with embassy at Shantipath. They refused me and said this VISA is fake. So i complained about him. I did not collect my passport from inside of VFS, someone came out to give me passport outside of VFS. So all this is fake. I lost 5lakh. Guys be aware.
