How much longer
I'm sponsoring my husband from Jamaica to Canada. He has completed his medical. Please let me know what the next steps are and approximately how much longer will we wait to be together in Canada. My biological clock is ticking off. I want nothing more in this world than to start a family with my husband. It's so hard living without your loved one.

AFTER THE INTERVIEW
I get to understand that is not the Jamaican visa office that handles all the application. In fact when i started to email them about my application , it was the Trinidad visa office that answered my email. and that only means that my application is being airmailed back and forth , and i guess this is why the wait is so long. Don't put all the blame on the jamaicans ,then again i don't understand why another country should be making a final decision on jamaican citizen . mailed my app in june '14 answer in Aug'14 then again after the medical was done in sept '14 we never heard from them until feb'15 and again april "15 when they requested more info... interview is in sept '15 , i just hope they don't take another 3-4 months to give us a final decision ........ Only writing cause this site gave me hope and understand .. and i hope i help someone myself ....good luck too all... but we are stilll waiting too
