claim Sir,I had studied in Algeria (INFORBA-Rouiba) from 1984 to 1989 .When arrived in my country in 1990 a war began immediately I fled to D R Congo from 1994 to 1997.When I came back I have been jailed for 1998 to 2001 and released after a long procedure in court where I was found non guilty.I passed seven years requesting for my degree which was in the ministry of education in vain,I have been finally threatened to death and I fled in 2010.
I want to know if you can help me to have my degree from Algeria.Thank you very much to help me.
