Good morning,I would like to know how do i trace my algerian boyfriend for maintanance if he does not pay maintenance for his child. 1-South African passport holder need Visa to enter to Algeria (2 weeks process\ Algeria embassy Pretoria).
2-Ameera sorry for this case and hope my answer heping u : if u do divorce in Algeria court and u have divorce certificate so after 2 months from the issue of the divorce, u can took all ur things that the court motioned in divorce.if divorce in south African court so i think process took time (need more details).
3-Nora :u can visit him to Algeria and do marriage there,only if u want to stay in sa i hope ur embassy not put him in black list(coz if it is ,so may be u can have prb if u want stay in Sa ).

Good day I am currently dating an Algerian guy we have met online and been I love the past year. He has been trying to get a South African visa but has been rejected twice and has been treated very badly at the South African embassy in Algeria. We had all the necessary documents according to the law but yet they keep denying him. I do not know if it's because he is much younger I reverted to Islam before I met him and he has helped me a lot with embracing Islam. I hope to be with him but we cannot find any way to be with each other.
