When do people apply for these scholarships and when do they go for studies?? What is the eligibility of one to get this scholarship??
I am a Ugandan aged 20 years .I request for a scholarship in Algeria for bachelor degree in pharmacy or medicine and surgery. I have completed my A level in 2018 and I excelled in biology, chemistry and mathematics.

Due to unstable financial status of my parents I will not join the university to achieve my goal of saving lives of humans as I had planned to do
