Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to inform you that the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services is planning to have an educational tour in Namibia. This is in view of the successful story of NGO regulation laws in Namibia. As you may be aware Zambia has an NGO Act and is currently operationalising the Act. It is therefore in this regard that the team is planning to visit Namibia. We would like you to help facilitate this trip and a formal request will be sent through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The trip is planned for July,2011.
Your advice in this regard will be appreciated.
