Hi, I am a holder of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Document of Identity, I am going to Namibia for 13-14days and then will go to Victoria fall in Zamibia for 1-2 days. Do I need the the yellow fever injectiong for entering into Zamibia( since from http://www.cdc.gov/yellowfever/maps/ , Namibia and Zamibia are all in area of no risk of Yellow fever virus transmission) and do I need the visa for entering Zamibia? If i need, how long it will take to apply visa in windhoek, Namibia? thanks!
