Hi, I will be visiting Lima in a few weeks. My father, Mason Turner was the consul there in the late 30's and I would love to drive by the building that he worked in.
I am a foreigner here in Lima and I wanted to know if it is possible to obtain the visa here in Lima or would I have o wait until I am back in my own country?
