my name is medrek gebregergish nigusse my nationality is eritrean in this time i live in sudan i am member of pentecostal churche and this made me to be jailed persecuted tormented by the eritrean goverment for one year and seven months but at the end i scape from them and i came to sudan khartoum in 2007 and i struggle to educate my self in high school sent peter and paul in amarat street37 and i participate in sudan certificate examination and i passed but i dont have capital of money to enter university in khartoum because i am refugee so please help me in this issue in order to continoue my education.please i have alot ambtion and desire for education.please respond for me with any answer about this issue.because it is better than to be silent.may God bless you.

On Sunday September 4, 2011 , at 6:30 pm , when I was in my house with two my friends, which are living with me , the Eritrean Security came to our house with car. The car plate is ERI ( of Eritrea ) they interned to the house to kidnapped us . John has been working to us tea in the kitchen,When he saw the Eritrean authorities with two Sudanese securities men enter the house returned to the kitchen. He sat and watched from the kitchen, when they taken us he brought his mobile phone has taken photos. All of us ran from them after we saw the car and they want to kidnapped us . They Caught one of us his name is Solomon Habte . I and another person whose name is Sami were ran. All this happened to us due to - we have also one body living with us whose name is John From Dekimhare Town which is in Southern part of Eritrea and his duty is coming people from Eritrea to Sudan illegally . The Eritrean solders known about him they come to caught him.Eritrean authorities are thinking that I and my friends are working and co operating with John. After that John was disappeared in the kitchen. After that john went to Libya illegally escaping from them .


On Monday September 19, 2011 , at 7:45 pm when I was in a scan cafe my friend said me on phone “ please escape from the scan café the Eritrean authority where been here in your new house and now they are coming to the scan café. They are finding you . they consider you a territorial because you are one from an active member of ERITREAN DEMOCTRATIC PARTY, in addition to you are coming people from Eritrea to Sudan illegal . I got all this information from my friend . Immediately I escaped to DEM area .
My living in Sudan is not guaranteed. Due to this I am changing my address continuously every 3-4 weeks.Some times I think to go to Libya illegally whether die or live , in order to save myself due to my living afraid from dead. We haven't any news about my friend Solomon which is kidnapped by the Eritrean authorities from us, if he is a live or dead.
Before my elder brother was kidnapped among us from Kassala by the government of Eritrea because he and my father are one from a member of ERITREAN DEMOCRATIC PARTY. , I am supporter of this member . The dictatorial regime of Eritrea does not allow any opposition political parties to live in that country. The authorities consider me as traitors. My political willing and activities in this member is well known by Eritrean Government and their embassy in Khartoum . My activities in this member is Agitation work , Distributing pamphlets , Manifestos , Magazines and Arranging group meetings in order to overthrow the Dictatorial Regime of Eritrea and Establish Democratic System in that country. One day I went to Eritrea Embassy in Khartoum with my friend one of the workers in the embassy said me" even here you are coming with anger " . Something like threat me . from that I confirm that the embassy know my activities which against the Eritrean government .

As I said When this was happening John has taken mobile photos, so I have going to attach these photos in this letter.( See PHOTOS NO.1)



On Sun day October 2, 2011 , at 8:45 pm . while I was coming from church to my house in the occasion of Damere feast , I met some Sudanese people and solders with civil dress , they entered me in a HAICE car and taken me in a dark place . They hit me in my back body, Belly , leg and chest with sticks and throw me in under the Bridge . In the Morning I went to clinic and I have taken medicine for 21 days .
I am also afraid individual deportation means that deportation without know of Government. I have my friend deported by civil Sudanese car which is not government Deportation. Almost these are happened by the help of Sudanese Securities and rich Sudanese people. The people which they beat me , said me we will sent you to your home country . it normal with they can . Here in Sudan there is rule anything with money .

According to my many problems of my life which is always going on to incredible life , just I am asking for help by vissa to allow to US. Again am asking for resettlement for US .
