I received the below invitation from The World Coalition of Small and Medium Enterprises (WCSMEs) in Huston, Texas and would appreciate your kind feedback on its credibility to pursue it further. Thank you.

The World Coalition of Small and Medium Enterprises (WCSMEs) welcomes you to participate in this forth-coming World Forum On Entrepreneurship and Technological Advancement, which will be held from 10th - 12th of October, 2017 at Downtown Conference Centre , Houston, Texas U.S.A.
The aim of the conference is to build up a high value synergy by assembling scientific and business world energy, experience and needs, which is needed to increase social welfare. You are welcome to share your knowledge and experience with us to build a better world for the future.

Registration
Registration is free and the organizing committee in collaboration with our generous sponsors will cover all registered participants’ travel tickets. Visa assistance will be rendered to delegates who require Visa to come to the United States for the program.
To participate in the World Forum on Entrepreneurship and Technological Advancement, you must be duly registered. Delegates can participate individually or in groups (minimum of 2 and maximum of 7 persons) to represent their organization(s) or country in the conference.
Registration form is attached to this mail. You are to download and print out, complete the form with a pen and submit the filled registration form along with:
· A scanned copy of the data page of your International Passport,

· Two (2) colored recent passport photographs and

· Hotel reservation form/code.

These documents should be submitted via e-mail as soon as possible to confirm your participation. Notice of withdrawal from participation should be made on time to halt further processing of your documents.

Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions set out are the legal rules applicable to every WFETA delegate. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The organizing committee will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.
* To be eligible to participate in the forum, attendees must be at least 18 years old. Attendees may be asked to present an official identity card stating their age at the time for accreditation.
* The conference organizing committee reserves the right to refuse any registration if the maximum number of delegates is exceeded.
* Registered delegates are responsible for the cost of their hotel accommodation in Houston Texas.
* Attendees are expected to honor their VISA by returning home to their respective countries after the conference.
* All delegates' details will be kept on our records, we will not share your details with anyone and we will not contact you about anything other than the event you attend unless you have indicated otherwise.
* Registration will not be complete until all the requirements for participation has been fulfilled by the delegate.
* It is imperative for all delegates to observe relevant security procedures during the period of the conference. Be sure to have your delegate badge on at all times for easy identification.
Accommodation
Participants will be responsible for their hotel booking in Houston, Texas where the conference will be held and any meals or incidental charges accrued during their stay in the hotel. Be informed that participant(s) hotel reservation must be secured and delegates are to obtain the hotel reservation form/code from any of the selected hotels to avoid delay in processing your visa and round trip ticket.
You are to contact the selected hotel management which will be sent to every delegate whose participation has been confirmed to make your reservations. The duration of your booking should be from 9th of October (Arrival date) to 10th of October (Departure Date), 2017. Endeavor to obtain your reservation receipt / code which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms with other required documents.

Visa Processing
Participants must be in possession of a valid International Passport to enable them obtain Visa to attend the conference. On receipt of your filled registration forms and other requested documents, participants visa request will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Department of States for visa Processing / authorization. The approved visa authorization letter will be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in delegate’s country of residence for visa collection. An appointment date will be communicated to delegates on when to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your Visa authorization letter here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.

Flight Ticket

Free round trip air tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The round trip air tickets will cover from delegates’ country of residence to the United States and back to your country of residence after the conference. Due to time factor, we request you send us the requested details as soon as possible to enable us confirm your participation and commence with the processing of your/group entitled traveling documents.
