Good guy or Bad guy?
I know Carlos manickchand...although people say he is a bad guy, he is a coward. He tries to be quite Intimidating but some people can see straight through him.
After being released, i beleive that he is no longer capable of any criminal intentions.
.... like I said a coward! Do not let him Intimidate you!

Just want to share a bit of my observation with the world at large. I know Carlos Manickchand and the rest, yes! they were tried and convicted for a crime, but my issue today is whether or not a crime is being committed against these men now. After reading this post on your website, one has to wonder whether in fact a crime was committed by the threats that were made on this site. This is a serious issue and one must not take this lightly, for if it was Carlos making those threats, i'm sure Scottland Yard would've been investing those post to learn of the origin of those posts. I how ever have full confidence in the T&T police service so i will be making my enquires as of tomorrow. This is a very sad day to read of a threat on a British Embassy website and to compound the situation, the person or persons in charge of this site did nothing about it yet the English claims to know all about rehabilitation,,,,,

Business
Carlos Manickchand is known to me to be an honest businessman, I have had many dealings with him over the last thirty years and so take issue with these comments.
