please tell me how I could buy this derelict villa and what it would cost .and could I have support to help. I last saw it in 2015 and in 2016 .I really would like assistance. We have now completed our house purchase, we got a brilliant solicitor, Nuno Coelho,
Mad. Intax. 3B Rua Ivens 6th floor. +351 291 20 10 10.
Nuno speaks perfect English. He completed our purchase in one week. No problems and he is always available to answer your questions.
My wife and I now consider Nuno a friend.
There are other departments within this company, such as Tax and investments.
I had hoped I could just use this site to obtain this information easily. This is not so.

I'm trying to find out of it is possible to drive a car or ride a motorcycle to mafiera from the UK.
I can get to Spain or Portugal but cannot find a ferry to take me to Fungal either directly or from the Canary island's.

My wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing a house in Funchal.
I chose a solicitor from your on line list and I am finding the process confusing is there anyone well versed in conveyancing that is good English speaking?
Someone that might have experienced this situation themselves, I'm sure that my solicitor is processing the purchase in a professional manner but I can't help feeling insecure.
My wife had an accident during a recent holiday at a Hotel in Funchal. We have consulted a solicitor in UK who said under UK law he would pursue a claim for negigence but I should contact you to obtain the name of an English speaking solicitor in Funchal should we need to progress this under Portugese Law.
Can you please provide an e-mail address of a suitable local solicitor should w need to progress this from a legal standpoint.
