It seems impossible to get confirmation regarding whether there is a British High Commission in Cebu. Some reports seem to suggest that it is closed. It is difficult to make contact either by phoning or email.
Hi,good day!I would like to consult about the situation ofy son.his father is from england.I want to know about the responsibility and obligation of a British man to his son,we are not married and he is not stated in the birth certificate of his son as a father because he is not present during I gave birth to our son.he turn off his back to his son he left with nothing and no financial support. So I really need your concern about my very young son.please I need to clear my mind.

I'm a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and a member of the Cebu VFW. The commander Michael Tierney is helping me to determine if my father's remains are still in his marked grave. He did not survive Bataan as a civilian when a group of Brits and Assies were chased through the islands hoping to reach Brisbane, Australia. A letter to my mother said he was buried in a wood coffin with the Union Jack draped over him. A British official was there to say a few words.
