i would just like to know if the interview has to be in Manila, or can it be done here in Cebu? i am interested in applying for a tourist visa and i need to know if it's really necessary for me to fly to manila so i can plan my work leave in advance. thanks for the help.

Hello,my british fiancee will be back in phil. soon.last time he was on a 21days non visa but was not able to extend his stay.He wanted to stay permanently here but he needs to be sure if he can really get a permanent visa as soon as he ends his non visa stay?Can a british consulate assist us with the process of our papers cause last time we paid much for his 3weeks extension here that was about 3k.

My wife and our 2year 8 month old baby son have spent 6 months in the UK.
They are in The Philippines until around July 2013, when I will have them flown back on a Spouse Visa as advised by UK Border Immigration who have been extremely helpful.
We have a British passport for our baby now.
I am British and I and my wife need to know if she can obtain her spouse visa from the British Consul in Cebu and for what LEGITIMATE ammount this time , paid only to The British authorities in Cebu at The Consul.
