I am a palestinian doctor having a permanent residence in Saudi Arbai where I born , live and work as a specialist in my field .
I phoned the embassy to inquire whether I need a visa, I have been informed that vise will be issued at airport because I am a resident in GCC as well as I am a doctor which is my profession in my passport too.
Moreover, I read in the formal website of the International Shareja airport the same information about the visa which I heard from your embassy in Riyadh.
I travelled via ARABIYA airlines to Shareja on 8-April 2011 from Dammam airport.
But Amazingly I have been treated badely without justification ,detained for 24 hours left without food or accomodation , except when I asked about food and accomodation I had to pay, Surprizingly I was forced to pay again for the return ticket to KSA because my return ticket was via Aletihad Airlines ,which means I paid tthe price for Alarbiya Airlines twice for actually unused ticket !
this is what happened inspite of all authentic documenales that I showed to the imigration authorities - valid Palestinian passport, Exit and re-entry permit to KSA, residence permit card in KSA
and hotel reservation confirmation for me and my lttle 9 years old brother whom I could not answer his questions because I am myself have no answes on them! .
This is why as I said in the headline : do not be embarressed and be staightforward and say clearly in your website that : all GCC citizens and residents are welcome and do not need a vist to UAE except Palestinians, by doing so you will be honest and you will not trouble those who are considering you supporters and friends and esxpecting tfrom you equity and respect.
