visa upon arrival

Hi, I'm currently managing a business consultancy firm here Bahrain and visa status is as "Director". My Residence permit is valid till 30.6.2016, I have plan to visit Dubai in September 2015 during EID Holidays, am I qualified to get visa upon arrival?

Dear officials

I am an Indian Expat working in Bahrain and my profession is sales Manager , My RP is getting expired on 23.02.2016 , it was issued on 24.02.2014 , Please confirm if i can get the tourist visa for travel to Dubai in September , I have a doubt because my RP will have validity for less than 6 months .

I am philipine passport holder residing in bahrain and working as sales executive. I was getting a visa upon arrival last year when I went to dubai for a short vacation. As I heard they change the rules now,am I still allowed to visit and have the visa upon arrival?your answer will be much appreciated.
