Does the Ukrainian government offer study visa to people with a refugees travelling document ?
I have NEVER had problems obtaining a visa to the Ukraine. Like any country the Ukraine insists on documentation pertaining to their needs. Complete all documentation properly, pay the fee requested, submit your documentation and wait the appropriate time period.
As for those bleating racism, get over yourselves! Ukraine has many students from Africa of colour determined to study hard and return home to be of service to their countries.
You need to get more that 2 lines, very back look on the embasssy as a travel agent.....Just saying,
Can i apply for a Ukraine visa while i am teaching in a foreigner Country where there is a Ukraine Embassy in the city. Please help !!
I travelled to Ukraine September last year, had no problem with the embassy issuing a visa within three weeks. Everyone I dealt with spoke English and were no less polite than any other countries embassy staff.
Your customer service is pathetic. They are rude and arrogant, that is when they answer the phone.
Applied for visa mid March to travel early April. Passport still with Ukraine embassy in Pretoria. No response from the Embassy as to when I can get my passport back. Their customer service is pathetic. They are rude and arrogant, that is when they answer the phone. No response to emails. dept of Home Affairs toothless to assist. Will have to try SAPS for theft.
