What is wrong with staff members at Pretoria Ukraine Embassy? if you do not want to work and help people please go back and let those that are willing to work to come and work. You take too long to issue student visa and never attend to your emails or phone calls. Please someone help me. I have been waiting for my visa for too long and i have classes starting in October 2015.My friend spoke to one of you and you were very rude

I send email upon emails i called no on answers the phone. All i want to know is what is how to i obtain anew passport for my wife. Eg were to get forms and what to do. it has been 2 monts but still nothing. POOR SERVICE.
Can anyone help me to get this 'toursim voucher" that they require for visa application? What exactly is this as no travel agent I spoke to, knows? Is confirmation from the hotel that I made arrangements, not acceptable instead of this "voucher"
I have been getting invitations & visa support letters for my students and clients, from AIM GROUP CONSULTANCY but I doubt, if they can also help in obtaining travel visas.
