I am a convention refugee in Toronto and I don`t have a valid passport from my country of origin or Canada. But I`m holding a travel document from. How can I obtain tourist visa for Turkey?

I read on your web site that I can obtain a tourist visa at the airport where I land, other site show I need a visa. Which one is it. Such a simple question- I can pay the $60.00 at the airport. Can I do that or not?????
Hi my name is mia and i was wondering where do i get papers to move to adana? and what do i need to get down there for work? what type of visa do i need? what about my passport? and what if i ever wanted to come back to canada can i? i have a boyfriend that ive been dating for almost 2 years now that lives in adana and i have many many friends down there and some family!!! somebody please help me out on this please!!! i need to get this done and get my life started and going!
what the hell turkish Embassy is doing in Toronto !iam not canadian citizen ,i have travel document ,applied for a visa 2 month ago!with all information,(such as travel document,flight information,2 piece of idea,10 dollars cash,and pre paid envelope,even booked my ticket)but still didn't get any thing,whenever i call nobody is responsible,they speak in turkish and no one answer,i already cancelled my ticket 4 times !my next ticket is may 1,if i cancel this i take u guys to the court,turkish embassy has the worst service in the world,so disappointed.
