Hello sir/ Madam. I applied for a tourism visa last July/2014 and was Rejected, and now i have an invitation letter from a Turkish citizen friend, so can i apply with that invitation now?.

i used to obtain electronic visa from internet,but before 4 day i saw that e .visa is not longer available for Iraq ,can you tell me why ,and is it still i can buy airline ticket with in 30 days to travel to Turkey with out need to go to embassy to obtain visa
