Please I'm a student in belarus and this summer I want to visit turkey for just 2week tour and come back to elarus , please kindly help me with necessary documents I will need to apply.

Merhaba, please explain me, if i wish rent flat at Istanbul(i am retired and i wish to spend some times at Turkey),how many times per year i can come to Istanbul, and what about term of staying there? What about visa in this case?Candan tesekkur ederim
