Greetings. My Cambodian friend (Cambodian passport) is visiting Germany thus summer and wants to visit me in Istanbul for a couple of weeks. Can she obtain a tourist visa from the Frankfurt Turkish consulate, especially considering there is no Cambodian embassy or consulate? Thanks for your reply.
