I have an Indian Passport, and D4 visa to Germany, and am doing a semester at HS-OWL, Detmold.
I am being given an opportunity by the university (HS-OWL) to go to Istanbul for a short course in July 2014, when I have a semester break here at HS-OWL, Detmold.
could you plesae tell me if I can get a visa on arrival at Istanbul. the course will be 2-3 weeks duration.
