A visa waiver is avail at airport but how does one get this at the port? Any help appreciated.Thank you.

Hi, Im looking for advice on how to obtain a visa to travel to trinidad, prior to arrival. Please advise.
Forms are not available on line. You can get the waiver at Piarco upon arrival. You just have to pay a fee (400 + TT) and loose about 25 minutes at immigration. Done it a few times.
